1.       Call to order:  6:35PM

• Jacqui referenced Meeting held in November

• Decorating @ His Hope Haven

• Move Winter Formal to January; then moving to Feb

• Keyana referenced auditing and our status w/state (Compliant!!)

2.       Treasury Report:

• Keyana Discussed December Income/Outgoing

• Whoville (Income)

• Fall Trot (Income)

• His Hope Haven Décor (outgoing)

3.       SLH Jacqui

• Discussed Creating signup genius for students to prepare a meal for Choptank Recovery residents

• Looking at a date in March

• Jacqui to coordinate with Mrs. Necessary dropoff at school on day of donation

• Jacqui to deliver meal to Choptank Recovery

• SLH Hours for students same basis as bake sale

• PTA can sign SLH form

4.       Sweetheart Dance (Formal)

• Feb 9

• Dance Committee

• Roses for sale

• Spring Dance

• Possibly end of April

• 4/19 Half Day and Friday

5.       Teacher Appreciation

• May 6-May 10

• PTA

• Food, Baked, Candy, Sweets

6.       Field Day

• Inflatable Games/Inflatables

• Oranges

• Popsicles (Push pops, freeze pops)

7.       Next Meeting

• February 26th

8.       Eighth Grade

• Field Trip in Spring-PTA to help w/$

• Tshirts-Plain, logo, names on back, Quotes (286 Eighth Graders)

• Prefer to do early

• Formal

• PTA to hand off to parents

• Parents to take ownership of food/décor/fundraising

• PTA to assist with meetings (?)
